Imagine that HC LEV Poprad was cut out KHL and new club joins (called HC LEV Prague). In NHL is another situation - Jets is succesor of Atlanta Thrashers.

Winnipeg Jets + Atlanta Thrashers , only difference is that they play Winnipeg now and have new owners. Records and everything else are tied between both teams.

So is HC LEV Prague a new team? or is it a relocation of a franchise.
If it's a new team then it's more like Nashville than Atlanta/Winnipeg.

agree. Yes, HC LEV Prague is new team, no connection to HC LEV Poprad (legally). Of course, fans think it is a relocation of a franchise but it is NOT

link for today, 2nd period has finished. Maybe it will work tommorow as well. KHL youtube will broadcast it as well.

1st round of draft starts tommorow at 13:00 CET/ 1pm CET (15:00 moscow time).

so the rule where a player played in the MHL and can't be drafted is true? what about Riga not having an advantage?
