Deboer outcoached Torts.

Lost way too many periods this series.

I knew they were ****ed when the forwards changed and the D couldn't. Rolling 4 D has left them gassed.

Every Ranger skater on the ice for that goal needs to be run out of town on a rail, I don't care who they are. Piss poor coverage and letting Devils stand around in the crease.

People can talk all the **** they want, but Brodeur held up his end of the bargain.

The Rangers lost three games in a row to the Devils. Henrik let in 10 goals in those three games.

They just didnt have it.

L.A. steamrolled past the President Trophy Winner, the 3rd best team in the league, and they made Smith look human at times.

yep. it happens. the rangers need to develop their offense going forward. way too easy to stop them and too much pressure on the 'd'. they're still young and very cohesive, so that's good. this hurts, tho. looking forward to a full year of kreider. i don't want them to go crazy with acquisitions. i think the offense will evolve.

Congrads on a fantastic season you guys are the best fans in the league. I know it hurts I was there in 1994, and like 1994 the team that lost has the much better future with young stars a-plenty.

Err...because the puck was never covered. It was loose in plain sight of the ref the whole time....lol.

I would also like to add despite all of the bi-polarity, it has been enjoyable to read all of your opinions throughout this season. It's great to be surrounded by others who live and die with this team.

Probly gonna go cry. This was a hell of a season, and this team, it just seems like they were destined for the Cup. Proud of them though.

Richards has a pass cuz he played very well the whole playoffs, and looked tired.

Gaborik however, just doesn't get the real GAME of hockey, get that guy outta here.

All in all, it was a pretty good season, I expect them to continue to grow for a few seasons yet.

I would like Torts to have a 2nd style of play, perhaps less hard-working, for a period a third of the way from the playoffs, where they are anle to take a break, it's clear they got really tired. They need some sort of fall-back during the season, where they can recharge a bit. Who cares about the 1 seed, take some L's, still make the playoffs, then have the energy to win using your hard style.

Secondary scoring and bottom pairing d-man were all available.

Never said a thing about Nash or Gaustad.
