That was a very depressing shave I just had. Is there a Swedish word for crying and shaving at the same time?

Congrats to the Devils, they were the better team all in all in this series.

Next year brothers, next year!

BTW, I think Henrique was Hagelin's guy.

That's two games in a row he didn't do his job. I have no clue why torts continued to play him on the top line.

Everyone else gets benched. Guess he's a torts kind of guy.

Also, 0-2 without Mitchell.

if the rangers had the right mindset and played the game they did most of tonight and most of game 5 in the first 4 games the ranger either would have swept the devils or won it in 5....they had a chance to go up 2-0 and 3-1 and 3-2 and need to get more of a killer instinct for next season

Tampa had a 40 year old goalie and a bunch of nobody's on defense.

Rangers will be around for a while. They wont own the EC but I see them making it back to the CF within the next 3 years.

Right, it's Tort's fault that he couldn't pull another "smoke and mirrors" miracle out of his ass with this seriously flawed weak offensive team. Maybe we should hire Tom Renny back; he's available once again!

Guys you need to get off the ledge and put things in perspective. This team had MASSIVE struggles all through the playoffs.

This was NOT a stanley cup team nor was it a team that Hank was going to win the big pie.

I will tell you this right now:

Henrik Lundqvist will win a stanley cup with the New York Rangers. But you got to let this team go through the motions.

if your going on with your night normally like nothing happened you must not be much of a fan

i follow this team, i watched every second of every playoff game, and atleast 60 regular season games, and the ones i miss i get live updates, in the off season i follow every single dam day

it just maddens me how some of you have this "whatever" attitude
I'm with you, man.

I have this sick feeling they're going to do something stupid like sign Parise and he's going to pull a Holik on them, and Sather will go through another seven year death spiral trying to bring in the needed talent to compensate for bad signing after bad signing.

Gaborik AND Richards could fall down a hole for all I care, along with Torts and the entire 3rd and 4th lines.

Where was McD on the goal? Henrique is is his man.

If the Devils win the Cup it will be one of the most humiliating moments in NYR history. It's the truth. The Devils have been more successful from 1995 to date. Just when we think we have the leg up, this happens. The only thing the Rangers have ever had to hang their hats on was beating the Devils in 1994 and then going on to win the Cup. If the Devils win the Cup, then we'll lose even that. The Devils will own us in every single way.

Games 5 and 6 were heart breakers. Two games where the Rangers fought back to tie after being down multiple goals and two games that ended in heartbreak when the Rangers couldn't go for the kill after taking the momentum.

The Rangers gave away too many valuable minutes to the Devils in this series. Take the Devils talent through lines 1 to 4, add the slow starts and minutes squandered by the Rangers, and it is not hard to understand the outcome.

It`s over and I know what I would like to see the organization do. But that`s not a discussion for tonight, at least for me.

The Rangers provided me with many nights of fun watching them battle and win. This was a very enjoyable season. It is human nature to always want more, and it is human nature to be disappointed when you don`t get it.
