They would have to trade at least Kesler. They have Schneider (who isnt as good as Hank) but he wouldn't need to be half as good to win the cup because of how Vancouvers team is currently constructed.

I cant wait to see sauer come back and i hope erixon is part of their defense next year if they arent planning on trading him. Have staal, mcdonaugh, sauer, girardi, stralman, and erixon, and get rid of bickel and del zotto.

I don't care what anyone says, screw the win/loss record, Lundqvist was incredible and he's a playoff performer through and through. Carried his team on his back through and through. Great series guys and good luck next year. Your team has a ton of heart and that goes a long way.

Guys, if there is anything we learned its that next year Boyle will win us the Cup!

Am I the only person who found tort's obession with boyle the most infuriating this of this season? Especially in the playoffs.

Down by 1? 5 minutes left? More boyle.

If the Devils win the Cup, then we'll lose even that. The Devils will own us in every single way.

Games 5 and 6 were heart breakers. Two games where the Rangers fought back to tie after being down multiple goals and two games that ended in heartbreak when the Rangers couldn't go for the kill after taking the momentum.
Torts..... and his mancrush on certain player was his downfall.

To be honest I thought Game 5 was the most devastating blow. The Devils were the better team this series unfortunately. It sucks but it's true. I never gave up and the Rangers had their chances, but like the 2 previous series, these series are decided by the slightest of margins. If I got angry, what's the point? I'm proud of this team and their great season. Their core is still in tact and the lessons learned here are huge.

we wouldnt even be killing ourselves right now if the Rangers could not suck in the first ****ing period every game. They played their worst hockey when it mattered the most.

It was a good series man. There's a lot of hate out there but honestly if the Rangers would have won we would have been tootin our horns all over the place. it's emotional as **** and i'm sure you know that but it's nice to have some sportsmanship. Thanks man it was a great series. And LA will destroy you.

Devs fan here coming in peace

That was a great series and I wish you guys luck for next season..Henrik is the best goalie in the world, forget the last two games he carried this team on his shoulders..Insane season stats, insane playoffs stats. You guys have a great team for years to come, Henrik in his prime,Girardi,Mcdo(Damn still can't believe you guys got him for ****mez lol)and so many young forwards that got a taste of a deep playoff run(hagelin,Kreider,...that dude will be 20-40 type of player if not more in years to come, that speed he has is amazing..)

Good luck again and that series was a treat to watch

Anybody else really really pissed about all of the diving **** that the devils pulled all series?

Its really annoying the **** out of me that the two teams that made it to the finals were the two teams that acted and dove like *****es. Teams are going to realize this and start diving non-stop and soon we are gonna be watching a sport like soccer or basketball. If the officiating isnt changed, this sport will straight up suck.

At this point its Sather's responsibility to remove him from our lineup.

I'll say again I do not hate Brian Boyle. If I could give Ansimovs tools combined with Boyle's heart and character you would have a heck of a hockey player.

But he is just not a talented or skilled in any way. He drags down our team so much.

I thought you would go this far, possibly deeper in playoffs. Im sure many others also did. Winning the east and second in the league over the reg season. Anyhow good effort, all the best.
