Ryan McDonagh, who was a warrior & just fantastic in Game 6 defeat, was glassy eyed, speaking monotone in post-game locker room

Everybody took the loss hard, Ryan McDonagh looked the most devastated. But that was just among the guys who stayed in the room to talk

He deserves to be heard. He and Henrik are the two most valuable players on this team.

Thanks Loffen and crew for the GDT

Always love your GDT and I know there's work involved. You do a great job and I want to show some appreciation to you and the other GDT contributes throughout the season. You make this a fun, classy board.

Should've stuck with the winning 1 of 3 periods strategy.

This winning 2 of 3 killed us these last two games.

Totally agree...great job, epic GDT's...appreciate the time and effort put in to make the GDT and get the game off on the right foot! I'll be itching all off-season for a GDT

I saw some rangers fans clapping when the Devils won, only because they showed they were the better team I would think. Saw some crying, and most were either stunned or just left quickly.

To the ones that were clapping Some were even saying they would be rooting for the Devils to win it all!

Did anyone see Torts on the ice for the handshake? I was there and did NOT see any of the rangers coaches on the ice....

I dont get the Devils hatred. Maybe I've just been around too long.

I never hated the Devils. They're a model organization that deserves a lot of respect. Dont hate on the franchise because you dont like what their fans type on a message board.

Outside of Claude Lemieux, they had likable players. I grew up watching them since they moved from Colorado.

There was a time when they had good announcers, a good PA announcer and played good music at the arena.

Besides, if you guy's think this is a sad end to a depressing roller-coaster ride, just ask some of the senior Devils fans how they felt after 1988, 1994 and 2001.

We've all been through it as sports fans. Sometimes you just have to tip your cap and respect, maybe even admire what other teams do -- even if they do it against your own.

(Kopitar, Quick)...Go deny this feeling again for the Devils fans and have them go fishing with us.

Lets go Kings.

I hate them solely because I grew up in the 90s in NJ. **** was brutal as a Ranger fan.
