I've seen the whole Rangers-Devils series and some Philly-Devils games. If....if there has been one chance to win the SC than its NOW. If the Kings play like they did for the most part of these playoffs, than they should win. I really want to stay calm but I'm thrilled. The Kings are better than the Devils.

Bruins fan from Boston wishing the Kings all the best.

I have ties to NJ and actually have respect for the NJ organization but I really like what I see on yer Kings team. It's a good blend of crash and skill and a GK from another planet.....reminds me a bit of what my B's look like when they're running on all cylinders.

After experiencing last year's run, (after waiting for so long since I saw the last one), hope you all can enjoy the ride....it's the best.

Good Luck.

Gang... disparaging of other team's fans isn't allowed. Enough whining already. If it bothers you to read the neutral site forum discussion, don't read it.

Coming here and *****ing about it or other posters will get you an infraction.

Gracias...

We are the underdogs.

10-6 in Devils' favour (NHL experts)!

The recipe for success in this series is simple.

The Kings forecheck has to expose the Devils' defensemen, and the Kings defensemen have to be efficient in moving the puck up out of our zone. With Doughty, Mitchell, Voynov, and Martinez doing the majority of the puck moving I like our chances over what the Devils ice on their back line.

From watching them rounds 1-3 their 4th line has been solid and they will be something to keep an eye on this series. I think they have accounted for 19 points (9 goals) thus far, pretty damn good production from the bottom 3.

On defense Peter Harrold is part of their top 6..enough said. The guy spent a good chunk of the year in Albany. I guess they feel more comfortable giving him 14-15 minutes a night over Adam Larsson.

That's another puzzler, less than a year ago Devils fans touted him as the second coming of christ. Wonder what happened?

Getting the PP going would close the deal as well.

Finals officials announced today:

Referees:

Dan O'Halloran, Dan O'Rourke, Chris Rooney and Brad Watson.

Linesmen:

Derek Amell, Jean Morin, Jonny Murray and Pierre Racicot.

----

No Chris Lee. Let us all rejoice.

Although O'Rourke over McCauley is baffling (O'Rourke is who thought Brown was diving when he was hatchet-chopped by Smith).

Wasn't O'Rourke the one who called Brown for diving after Smith took his leg off?

Deboer has seen Richards put a team on his back and will them to wins more than once. He knows exactly what he's dealing with, only this time he has to figure out how to stop him and a few very similar other guys.

Holy Fist-****ing Christ, only 2 days left till we al lget to see the kings in the FINALS!!!!!
The fact the devils have been scratching Sykora shows they have depth. Marty is looking very youthful. Going to be hard series.

Exactlty. The fact that the Kings second line is basically that of the flyers from two years ago (sub Gagne in for Penner) is the definition of depth up front
