A few more and the entire first page will be top five lists:
HM: Modern Family, The Office
5. Lost
4. Arrested Development
3. Breaking Bad
2. The Walking Dead
1. Mystery Science Theater 3000
This is pretty tough to narrow to five, so feel free to expand to ten if you want. Most of these shows I've finally gotten around to watching for the first time in the last couple of months.
5. Hell's Kitchen
4. Royal Pains
3. Masterchef
2. House
1. Arrested Development
Yeah, #5-#3 is kinda weak, but I rarely watch any TV shows anymore. Hell, I didn't even watch House religiously towards the last few seasons like I used to.
However, I love watching Gordon Ramsay go ******* during Hell's Kitchen, and I love the general theme of Masterchef. As far as Royal Pains goes, it's a pretty chill show that allows me to relax and be a mindless zombie sometimes. (Though I suppose The Walking Dead is probably more fitting.)

You don't have a chance to anymore. Series is over...

I will watch Kitchen Nightmares if I see it's on for this very reason, although the drama does seem a little fake at times.
5. Rock Band series
4. Grand Theft Auto series
3. Left 4 Dead
2. Red Dead Redemption
1. NHL series
I really enjoy the open-world games like GTA and Red Dead.
Ah, one of the numerous games I've wasted my money on. It was fun for me for about...once through every environment. Same with L4D2. But after that...it just seemed terrible. So I bought both of those and haven't touched them in so long...
Honorable Mention – Armed And Dangerous, Basic Instinct, Beverly Hills Cop II, Con Air, Die Hard, The Fugitive, Glengarry Glen Ross, Ocean’s Eleven, Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Tommy Boy
5. Die Hard 2
4. Casino*
3. Major League II
2. JFK
1. Wallstreet
* I will probably watch it every time it’s on TV, but I will not buy the DVD or Blu-Ray. That is to say, I only like the less gruesome, much funnier, edited version of the film.

Yeah, there isn't much replay value in either one but zombies are kind of my thing.

I just bought Dead Island last week, and I'm loving that. Dead Rising (the first one mainly, the second one isn't as good IMO) is also pretty fun. I don't know if you've played either of those, but they're worth a shot. Dead Island is down to $30 by now, and you could probably pick up Dead Rising (the first) for pretty much nothing.
Unless you've played those before, in which case nevermind.
5. Mario Strikers series (I like Charged most, but they were both great)
4. Warioware Twisted (seriously, go buy this game NOW)
3. Super Smash Bros (Can't decide between Melee or Brawl)
2. Shadow of the Colossus
1. Pokemon Series (Yes, every single one of them).
HM: StarFox 64, Skyrim, Banjo-Kazooie, MW2, Forza 4
Am currently playing through OoT for the first time and am on the Fire Temple. It's aged exceptionally well, but is unlikely to displace any of my current top-5.

Am I the only person here who loves the Foo Fighters but extremely dislikes Nirvana? I'm not really a fan of Kurt Cobain's singing at all, but I love everything Dave Grohl does.
No, you're not. The reasons I prefer Foo Fighters to Nirvana are pretty much the same as the reasons I preferred Pearl Jam to Nirvana.
