Crazy game. It was pretty even for the most part. Great to get the first one, still a long way to go though. We won the first in 1993 too, and the Devils have come from behind throughout the entire playoffs. Need to show up in Game 2. Let's take it and run! GO KINGS!

Fred Roggin was terribur. I mean I couldn't tell if he was going to cry or if he was drunk.

Not their best effort but you can't state it enough how big of a win that was tonight. I suspect both teams, along with the ice hopefully, will be improved in game 2 but what a relief to come out on top tonight.

Williams was a turnover machine tonight, which isn't all that unexpected, but he made a great play on the winner.

A little lucky to win but I'd rather be lucky than good any day.

The key to beating the Devils is to take advantage on their propensity to over-collapse on the puck carrier which leaves King players open. Look back on the OT goal and see how it costs them the game. They were doing it all night in their own zone and every time they had a tight shot I was wondering which Kings were open and where they were. Sutter will exploit this.

Anyone else hold their breath when Kopitar got the puck? Dirty dangle, that was a beauty.

From a Ranger fan, glad you guys got the win tonight. I thought devils had a lot of chances, just a lot of bad bounces going against them. A win is a win though, here's to 3 more
