Pat Kane's Future? **MOD WARNING POST #55**

An article from the Chicago Times http://www.suntimes.com/sports/hocke...seek-help.html suggests that the Blackhawks are fed up with Kane's antics and drinking. What should the Blackhawks do? Maybe a change in scenery would be best for Kane?

Trade him to the Islanders for Dipietro.

Only of course if they take Emery back.

Make up a bunch of ridiculous trade proposals that will never happen.

The Buffalo Sabres would trade their entire team for Pat Kane.

Hopefully as the #1 RW of the Chicago Blackhawks playing with Toews

Sadly I expect him to be #2 C of the Chicago Blackhawks instead (Get a real damn #2 C)

Aside from a few popularity hungry writers in Chicago, NOBODY wants to trade Kane. Not the majority of fans, not Quenville, not hawks players, not Rocky, and not Bowman.

Can you guys give it up already? These baseless speculations have been going on since January. You'd think at some point these "trade kane" nonsense would stop

Could you imagine Kane on the Canucks after everything the Hawks and Nucks have gone through..? LOL.

On topic, not too sure I'd send Edler the other way though... Not saying value isn't there... But we need a Edler caliber defencemen on our team. He's still pretty damn good (albeit a few mess ups this past post season).

After the Oduya signing, I'm sure Hawks fans everywhere want Stan Bowman to make the trade that sends Patrick Kane the other way.

/sarcasm

A lot of people don't want him anywhere near the Sabres. He'd be even a bigger problem in Buffalo. Trading big time assets to get him would be a major mistake.

Gonna assume, you were making a funny. Obviously Chicago would expect better than that, probably a lot better. And Pens are not going to touch that with a 100 foot pole. We are not giving up our best defensive forward plus a top defensive prospect or whatever for a wee winger who can't even spell defense. Repeat after me: Scoring and playmaking is not the problem. Sid and Geno got this!

Strike 1 + Strike 2 + Strike 3 = You're out, all in one post.

I'm thinking they would some of these assets Ryan / Etem / 2012 1st / Fowler. It would take at least two of those four, and probably more than that

please close this...

Pat Kane is not on the move
Pat Kane will stay with the Hawks
Pat Kane did nothing wrong other than being a 23 year old drunk millionare
Hawks have no problem with him

No need to see those stupid proposals that do nothing for the Hawks

Maybe if the two are Etem and the 1st, but there is no way that Anaheim adds one of the others to Fowler, and they would be foolish to trade Ryan for Kane straight up.
