Flames, Flames, Flames

you know guys i'm a die hard oiler fan but i'm having so much fun talking and reading about how good the flames are so i thought i'd have some fun and be an idiot for awhile a create another flame thread. I'd like to start off by saying the flames obviously have the best goalie in NHL history as he's played tremendous for about the past year and a half so i say he's the best goalie of all time, next i think Iginla the best premier in the NHL today maybe Jagr can compare but iggy's in a league of his own as he's had about 2 great seasons of hockey, last i'd like to say the flames have the best defensive unit in the league, maybe chara, redden, and phillips can slightly compare to phaneuf, regehr and leopold but nobody else, so what i'm really trying to say here you stupid flames fans be quiet and keep your dumb threads to yourself, but i guess i have to say it one more time the flames are obviously the best team in the league

just my 2 cents

Obviously you don't care much for the board rules, why post here?

Common, you're making us Oiler fans look bad. The Flames are a great team. They have the makings to win a cup. Great goalie, top 5 defence (maybe top 3 probably). I still say they need to up the offense a bit and they are a complete team.

I know but all i'm trying to do is prove a point and that is there is no need for a garbage thread like this needed from flames fans, i personally have nothing against the flames i like the way there team is set up but there posters...

The Empire Known as the Calgary Flames > Better than the Roman Empire and the Ottoman Empire, combined.

I believe that Darryl Sutter walked on water, and cured the lepers, not Jesus Christ.

We should also all be thankful that Iginla, Kiprusoff, and Phaneuf have descended from Mount Olympus in order to allow us mere mortals to watch them in all of their glory.

We are only 4 points behind them. I'm surprised. I consider this season a half failure already. being 4 points behind Cgy at this time is pretty remarkable.

Let's not forget, Jason Weimer could have been a key element of a blockbuster trade at the deadline, but it didn't happen. Jordan Leopold and Chuck Kobasew also are enough to get Patrick Marleau. Though I suppose that'd be on OK trade, since those two guys in San Jose would outproduce Marleau under Sutter.

The funny part is that you arent even being original here.

Somone else already created this exact same thread about a month ago. It might even have had the same name.

At any rate, thanks for being part of the problem...

Hypothetical Question:

Could Dion Phaneuf could microwave a burrito SO spicy that not even he could eat it?

Trippy, isn't it?
