We don't need Roy.

I'd rather have Vincour than Weber.

And Nemeth will be a better NHLer than Pysyk.

So, no from Dallas.

I really doubt Nemeth will be better, but I don't know much about Psysk's upside. Nemeth will probably be like Grossmann, but meaner and with a bit more offense.

hard to compare the 2 since they offer 2 completely different skill sets...i fully expect both to 'make it', Pysyk being the more well rounded guy, Nemeth being the nastier stay at home guy.

Ditto. I have no interest in downgrading our d-prospects when what we're supposedly adding (size, grit, meanness) is something we already have in McNabb. Ott would be a great player for Buff to add though (only better option in that type of role imo is Clutterbuck, which is a pipe dream). I'd do something like 21st overall + Tropp for Ott. Workable deal for Stars fans??

I'd rather your 2013 first but I'd do that.

Roy has one serious freak injury in an otherwise very durable career, and he now has "injury concerns." HF Hivemind at its best right there.
Hadn't Letang been two the WJC twice by that point in his career, once as captain?

I didn't say it, the coach did.

Tropp is a middling prospect we have. He's a natural RW, but Ruff used him on LW with Vanek (also on his off wing) and Hodgson down the stretch last year. He's got the right skill set to develop into a solid top-9 power forward in the NHL, but currently is probably best used in a bottom 6 checking role and on the PK.
