Richmond Robins and Girouxsalem haven't logged into Fantrax in a long while and they haven't posted in a long time. Especially the former. So until either of them log in and prove that they're still active I'll be drafting to the best of my ability for them. If the draft completes without either of them logging in then said person(s) will be replaced. If, however, either of them log in and prove they're active then I will stop drafting for said person(s) and will rewind the draft to this point if they wish.

All I can think of to do to expedite things.

One hasn't posted on here in almost a month and the other hasn't been on Fantrax in almost 2 months.

By the way, before you draft Beef you should probably know that your only goalie, Thomas, is thinking of taking next season off:

It's been a really busy day at work, I'm going home now so I'll look things over when I get home.

Tim Thomas hates me.

Gaborik out 6 months (which puts him on target for November'ish, not too long after the season starts):

Also, Ottawa thinking of trading Anderson since they have Bishop and Lehner.

I need something to keep me distracted in the hockey off-season so a draft with a 24 hour time limit on picks should hold me over for a long while.

I know that's a selfish reason, but that's the sum of it. It'll help, somewhat, with the depression and thoughts and I'm going to be somewhat selfish here and start the draft right now. I'll send out a mass e-mail now to let everyone know.

I mean, whatever help I can get right? Fantasy hockey is a very big hobby for me. Means a lot to me actually, funnily enough.
I can relate to this, probably not to the degree you may. Have you ever tried any online gaming, MMOs especially. They have helped me in the past, and occupied me for years on end. I still play them actually.

I made Beef co-commissioner. This simply means he has commissioner powers. He's going to help me out from now on which will be useful. He has mod experience on HFBoards and he's active as well as trustworthy so he got the "title".

I play Rift and used to play video games extensively but I don't get much enjoyment out of them anymore.

The only thing that actually gives me sure-fire enjoyment nowadays if fantasy hockey funnily enough. Probably because it's one of the few things I'm good and knowledgeable at.

I know it doesn't seem like I'm good at it because I tanked hardcore last season, but usually I try my best and come out at the top of the league. Won the regular season in my one year league two straight seasons in a row.

Me and Beef were discussing d-men value and how it's undervalued because of a lack of "depth" stats like hits and blocks.

So we're considering adding hits and block at a .1 value. Which is a marginal change, but large enough to give better value to d-men and depth players. This change will likely happen at the end of the draft as I cannot make this change during the draft. This won't affect how the draft has gone so far as it's a marginal change and all the picks thus far have been either Stamkos or goalies. So we're all on an even playing ground as far as this change goes.

Keep it in mind when looking at Dmen, though!

We were but I have my own personal reasons for starting early which you can read if you look back in the thread. There wasnt a large uproar over starting it early so I started it early.

Are you satisfied with the pick I made for you or shall I rewind the draft? Also, it's safe to presume you'll be drafting for yourself now correct?

Richmond Robins, otherwise known as Murphy7, hasn't posted on HFBoards in about a month and hasn't logged into Fantrax in about two. So should I replace him?

Murphy7 doesn't have time for the league anymore so he's out and Loser918's friend is in.

Got an email saying it's my pick, but it's not.

First, thank you for checking your email. Second, that's because gkj made an illegal pick (Schneider) and I had to rewind the draft. So it was your turn briefly.

There is an option to prevent people from making illegal picks, unfortunately I didn't realize that option was there until the draft was set in motion and you can't make changes to the draft once it's started for the most part.

I sent a feedback form to Fantrax for help on the matter, but they haven't replied yet so in the mean time do not draft a player that has 82 or less regular season career games played.

This includes the likes of Cory Schneider and Sean Couturier.

Done.

Girouxsalem selects Semin. Loser918's drunk ass is up to draft, but I am confident that he will decide to trade his remaining picks to me in exchange for Tim Thomas.

Looking to move up into the 3rd round, am willing to package later picks prospects and/or future picks. This is Last Place
