oh they promptly started, and are most likely a little behind schedule with the rangers coming within 2 games of the cup finals
I doubt they're behind schedule. They probably had a planned schedule of the construction for every possible date they could start working again.

My uncle is a union worker who will probably be working in the Garden sometime later this summer. He said they're about 2 weeks behind but will be able to make that up with overtime. Offer those guys extra $$$ and the work will absolutely get done on time. It's just gonna cost Dolan more than expected.

But, He made a fortune off the cup run so I'm sure that will far exceed the cost. Worst part of being a Ranger fan is Dolan always wins...
show a picture on Facebook that they are actually plowing the ice off how do i post pictures ill post that picture
If it's in that theater mode, refresh the page to get it out of that. Then right click the image and hit copy image URL and take that URL and post an image like you normally would here.
not that i saw anything, but i was driving by the garden last night and on the 31st street side i saw a forklift driving into the arena, probably on what looked to be on the 7th floor of the building. just was weird to see.
That is sad. I grew up in those seats. The purple/teal color scheme always will have a place in my memory as the garden of the early 90's that I remember walking into as a kid.
Can't wait to see how it turns around, just kinda sad, I won't be able to walk around the arena anymore on the inside.
looks like they're going to be taking out a few rows at the top of the new seats, and all of the portals, both the event level suites and entrances from the madison concourse are being covered up by plywood.
looks like the new 300s will be covered just like the 7th avenue suites are as well

Too bad they refused to go back to the original color scheme. That was iconic.

No thanks! Just like even if I have fond childhood memories of my relatives tacky wallpaper, I think that junk belongs in the 70ies. Good riddance, this will look so much better
