Giroux resting after multiple wrist operations

So when is Carle going to schedule his major reconstructive wrist surgery?

Maybe G will rocket some shots now and not pass as much.....hopefully no recurring issues.

Also I hope he has a girlfriend....

Quote:
Claude Giroux is resting and on schedule to be back for Flyers training camp after undergoing surgery on both his wrists, he said in a phone interview on "Daily News Live" Monday.

"I can't really use my hands, but the recovery is doing good, just spending time here in Ottawa, Canada with my friends and family," he said.

Giroux said his wrist problems date back to his time in junior hockey, "but it wasn't that bad until this year."

-thats a real competitor!

reminds me of clarkie...having his mangled finger removed because "it was messing up his golf swing" o_0

"It was something that we were talking about [in the playoffs], obviously, but we were waiting for the end of the season to see how bad my wrists were. ...I think I'm pretty lucky to have a good training staff with the Flyers."

trade him. we dont want no stinking drinkers on this team. nothing but good chistian boys who dont drink or party. Then what would our awesome Flyer beat writers have to write about.

I remember when people lost their minds when Richards dared to take a Caribbean vacation last offseason after his wrist surgery. That was neat.

I'm sure Giroux only took the one beer pong shot in that picture before locking himself in his home, putting aluminum foil over all the windows, and spending the offseason furiously working out 23 hours a day while thinking about hockey as hard as he can.

Thats pretty much what he did last off-season lol.

I thought people were annoyed that Richards looked tubby, then he turned up to camp out of shape?

Trade the bum.

No - wait - wait until he's given the C and then run him out of town in a humiliating tornado of unproven accusations...

That is what happens when you do not know how to deal with the media here in Philly. We have been in tabloid media for some time now. I do not like it but we better get used to it because that is what sells.

Akeson is a ways off. putting up points is nice in the AHL, but he has things to work on to be a NHL regular.
he was the Phantoms leading scorer and still didnt get picked for the Black Aces.

He's resting well in Montreal with Bissonette and Akeson, but I'm sure alcohol and females aren't involved.

Haha I just saw someone tweeted to Biz Nasty, "Why are you hanging out with gingers?" I love it.
