The Kings are one win away from the cup and the Parise sweepstakes just got more interesting.

Someone posted this on the playoff Photoshop thread. I can't stop laughing.

Well done, Kings fans.

D-bag Brown is having a rough game so far. Been destroyed twice, and took a penalty. Hopefully he gets a misconduct of somthing and can't celebrate the cup win with his team.

That was quite a shot by Henrique, especially after with the pass reception from his skates. And of course the tic-tac-toe off the posts and the net, just pretty all around.

People are complaining about how boring and 'clutch-and-grab' the NHL is now, but I just don't see it. Fantastic and exciting game to watch.

4 times in the playoffs the Kings go 3-0 and only one time they clinch a series in 4.
Not something I would expect from a team that owns you in every aspect of the ice for the 1st 3 games of a series.

Game 5 back in New Jersey.

Kings are sure dirty... But you can't argue the work ethic

Refs haven't seemed to learn too much since last series

This series feels a lot closer than 3-1 to me. Quick has been amazing. Glad there was no sweep at least.

He's been real impressive for sure. I love his patience with the puck and he has a great shot too. Wish he played for us.

People are stupid. This is the damn playoffs. God forbid you should have to fight your way through a little interference or maybe a hook. Personally it's nice to see the zebras put away whistles and let them decide who wins. Brown has been largely ineffective in the finals to date because he's not getting the benefit of the call because he dives too much . The refs dropped the ball in the 3rd but I feel like they've done a good job. Just wish they weren't so soft in the first few rounds.

I'm just glad they're not going to tie the '88 Oilers record of 16-2 in the playoffs.

Well, they did tie the Devils for most road wins in the playoffs and have a chance to break that record on Saturday Night in Newark.

Devils take an exciting game 2-1, sending the series to 3-2. Let's go Devils! Kings lose their first Away game. Hope they lose another.

The Kings still have the advantage.

However they just gave the Devils a big confidence boost in this series. Kings have to end it in 6, otherwise the Devils will more than likely win it all in 7.

Could be a seed of doubt creeping in to the Kings' mindset now. The bounces aren't going their way and they've lost 2 in a row for the first time in the playoffs. I'd say the pressure is more on them.

Agreed, especially with the way the devils could have easily won either or both of the first two games the kings know the devils are on their level.

I have to say, seeing the Kings fall on their faces after a 15-2 run would be priceless.

If the Devils win the cup, I will feel very sorry for many of the Kings Fans especially the long time ones. For the Devils though, it would say alot if they win their 4th cup in the last 20 years, the only team that is in the same level as the Red Wings from an organization standpoint.

Well done, Kings fans.

We did a better one in Game 5 with Lindsay Lohan, Beiber & A bald Britney behind the LA net at warmups

Less than 1 hour away from the start of Game 6. I have a bad feeling about this one right now as this series may end up going 7 considering the big jinx of ads selling Kings Stanley Cup Champions Gear. Anyone else see that here?

Whatever happens tonight, I'm glad that the Devils put on a strong effort. 4 games so far that could've gone either way easily is not a bad way to go out if they do. Of course I'm hoping for Game 7 at the Prudential.

So is everyone not a Kings Fan. The NHL will benefit more from this series going 7 games, if it does go the distance.
