I know that it's the trend to be green and all, but all this recycling of old vets to go on in a new direction is a little bit odd....What did Brisebois proove as far as whethever position you want him in? Scout in Québec? Geez, Stéphane Leroux's who is Timmins buddy, is just waiting for a call from the Habs to do that job. Geez, you could even hire him now and even use him for advice for this upcoming draft. Assistant coach for Brisebois? Why? Because he was on that TV show against Hartley? There has to be better candidates than this. Seriously.

I'd rather a new mascott, "La Tappette À Mouches".

Well, one would hope that this isn't for an assistant coach position. Maybe for Hamilton, but it sure as hell better not be for the Habs.

McPhee was a grandpa...he could be dead of old age for all we know. He was the best. Gros Bill got attacked viciously by some pre-pubescent posters and, while I think he still lurks, doesn't post anymore because of the lower quality of posts.

I go to another forum that ices a good product. It's more of a tavern-like atmosphere where posters shoot the **** and talk smack, because they know all the posters there. And most of the posters are my age. Which is fun.

I thought it was a joke. I think he's just looking for a sponsor to put on his car.

I've heard quite the opposite. It seems that Leroux is quite happy with his job right now and that he was offered some role at some point but declined saying that he preferred his job now.

On another note, I'm sure he will be at some point a VERY good pro scout, maybe even Director of Scouting for some team.

If the Habs hire him I'm sure it's because they feel he can add something positive to this team and I just laugh at people who think they know everything becuae he wasn't the "toughest" d-man in the world.
I couldn't of said it better. Dan Bylsma wasn't a superstar but he turned out to be a great coach.

The logic some people use here is backwards. No wonder the team has been a circus the last few years. Just loom at the fans.

He likes going around in circles on 4 wheels. Give him the keys to the Zamboni

Imagine if we play Calgary and Breezer is assistant coach.

(imagine Breeser telling a D to not be afraid)
