Rouyn-Noranda did well moving down 2 spots. They added an extra 2nd round pick #34 for one spot. They obviously had Franic Perron targeted.

I had them at #1 in contenders cause I liked the moves they made.... And I suspected they'd get a goalie... So I'm keeping them their now, I like their chances over Hali, QC and BLB as of now... (Provided they get a goalie)
