I'm so far from mad about the marlies losing. This is the finals. Im damn proud of this team. I have gained so much respect for this team in the playoffs. Can't help but feel bad for scrivy tho

With Kadri, Frattin, Mueller and Zigomanis from the beginning of this series, it's a lot closer. Not to mention who knows what could've happened with Game 3 the way things are right now anyway. We might have still lost, but we might have won.

Being swept never feels good, but it was still a good season overall for the Marlies.

Considering The Marlies haven't made the playoffs is years, this season was a big step forward, lost to a better team as their record indicates. No shame in this, maybe Eakins coming back next year is an omen his work isn't done in the AHL yet.

the marlies will be getting help next year, they should be looking at adding quite a few new prospects into the mix

With potentially Gardiner, Blacker, Percy, Colborne, Ross, McKegg, D'Amigo and Ashton we should have a young strong team next season.

Agreed they're only going to get stronger as more and more prospects feed into the system.

The officiating certainly didn't help us but they aren't completely to blame as the Marlies were just outclassed all series long. This was a good run and a good experience for them and will do wonders for our youngsters development.

Congrats to the Admirals.... They earned it.... I guess

Gardiner won't be back there.

If Gardiner plays next full season with the Leafs its very unlikely he will have any impact on the Marlies.

Percy can't play for the Marlies next season because of his age and years of CHL experience, as he must returned to junior unless he makes the Leafs.

Congrats to Norfolk, they deserved it. They're clearly a great team, but it would've been nice to see the how the Marlies fared if they were at full strength.
