Every period the Devils believe more, Kings are in trouble. People keep saying they're are playing well and to calm down, but this team gets flustered with pressure.

Still pissed how idiotic Quick can be at times.

First period, was well played. Ice looks like crap. Yes Mitchell's penalty was a weak one, probably a make up call for the high stick on Gionta. We got away with a few and they got a way with a few. For the most part the refs are letting them play.

Lets bring it in the second Kings. Just crash that net!!!

Well the offense has to show up for the Kings to win any games.

So we can blame Quick all we want, but if the Kings put up another 1 or 2 goals....Well that is not going to get it done.

Just total BS. Mitchell didn't do much, but Lewis can be held by Zajac for 4 seconds without any issue against the board. Just want a fair chance at winning, the refs haven't given us an equal chance yet.

Kings played the 1st period fine, Quick just made a boneheaded play when he has otherwise been just fine playing he puck. Kings don't get to the net though.

Safe to say these are adverse conditions though.

You know I love you. You have been the reason we are even in this. But your team played their ***** off that period and you let them down. I haven't criticized you all playoffs but that was bad and you need to be better. Brodeur is great maybe the greatest but it's time to show him his time is over. No more goals. No more celebrating devils. Show everyone that you are vezina winner an the new number 1 goalie in this league.

Not the refs fault. Martinez got away with a high stick right before the Mitchell call. That goal was ALL Quick's fault.

The second period is going to be the biggest period for the kings. They need to get the lead before the third to have a chance.

Devils played their worst period and are ahead 1-0. Kings missing the net and getting shots blocked. Refs arent going to call anything on NJ.

Mitchell interference a make up call for clarkson? Probably.

Unfortunately whoever's been scoring the first goal wins. Kings have a pretty huge hill to climb even though it's just one goal.

The penalty disparity in this entire series is disturbing.
