As for putting in Bernier, I don't see that as an overreaction, the Kings always seemed to play harder when he is in net. Might as well try something since what they're doing right now doesn't seem to work.

No he really didnt. But, keep on thinking that. The whole team needs to play better. No need to single anybody out.

Well the Devils just made this a series! It sure looks like a few of our guys are playing sick or injured. Hopefully they got some left in the tank!
Now back to the LA. Lets go Kings!!

Yeah. But two things about that that I don't know what to blame. His weak attempt to clear the puck or playing the puck in the first place.

He saved the teams butt numerous times tonight. How many kings missed chances? But, please go on with your pathetic rant.

The refs?? It was 100% on Quick. He has NO business playing that puck behind the net. He's nervous as hell out there, and the team knows it and they're playing accordingly whenever they and the puck are near him.

In the SCF, you CANNOT give up a bad goal like that and expect to win.

Only lineup change I believe will happen is Richardson or maybe even Clifford for Gagne. Hes kind of the oddball on the 4th line considering both Nolan and Fraser are grinders. On a side note, it is kind of distrubing to see the Devils getting away with pick after pick! GKG!

On the bright side (for me, at least), I'm feeling more confident heading into Game 6 than I was heading into Game 5.

Actually things turned a bit when Gagne was put in over Richardson- hope that didn't piss off the hockey gods but sure looks like it

The doubt in the Kings heads is even larger now. Devils play better as the series moves on and the Kings have all the pressure on them. If the mentally fragile TM Kings show up for 6 and 7 the Devils will complete an epic and depressing comeback.

My question is, why isn't anyone telling him to stop?! Ranford, Sutter, anyone.

Kings looked finished tonight. No energy in back-to-back games.

They look like they are trying, just don't have anything in the tank.

Not sure if there is anything Sutter can do.

Quick made a couple of great saves to redeem himself of that poor play. It's the rest of the guys, not many games are won by just scoring one goal.
