I don't know if he'd replace him, but something has got to be done. Voynov sucks ass in this series and the Devils are fully exploiting him... and I'm not referring at all to the goals that deflected off of him.

No he wouldn't. Not even close. You seem to root more for Bernier than you do the Kings.

Crazy how important the first goal is in the final. 17 straight winners.

Bounces going NJ's way right now. Kings better pray that it changes for game 6.

That's what I want to see too. Put DD44 in the line up.

The penalty call that led to the PP was bogus. But it's incorrect to say it led directly to that goal.

brutal idea, DD would be coming in cold, it would kill the breakout of the bottom pairing, Martinez would have to play on his off side killing that breakout of that line.

You stick with Voynov, the D pairing got us this far and they still arent giving up many scoring chances at all to the Devils.

6 goals against in 5 games and you guys want to change the defence, jeez

Will the kings pay for our therapy if they lose in seven?

Never thought I'd see the day where there was a push to get Davis Drewiskie into games.

What did you guys think of Stoll's breakaway? I saw someone in the GDT calling for a penalty shot.

It's not about individuals, it's about the team. Quick, Kopitar, Brown, Richards, Carter, Penner, Voynov, KIng, Fraser, and Nolan have all done NOTHING in Stanley Cup clinching games. I could see if if was just a game 4 loss, but this is 2 brutal games in a row for these guys. I'm pretty sure Brodeur's experience trumos all of the Kings Cup winners combined. How we can have so many Cup winners and game 7 players and lose2 in a row is a joke. We lose on Monday, we lose the Cup. Reality.

Right? You stick with what has got them this far. No need to throw your arms up.

That's the biggest problem right there. Kings have been getting the best chances to start each of the last two games but they haven't buried one yet. That's frustrating the Kings offensively and thus giving the Devils confidence and then the Devils have been able to eventually get the first goal each game.

Brodeur is getting incredibly lucky. How many posts these last two games? 6? There's been a few shanked empty nets as well, such as Richards at the end of the game tonight.

If the Kings can get one early in Game 6, I'd imagine their confidence will go through the roof and they'll run over the Devils much like Game 3.

Am I the only one who thinks that we actually played a good game tonight! Sorry but the reason we lost was Quicks stupidity in handling the puck and a lucky bounce again. But in terms of play on the ice I thought we dominated the game.

No penalty because Stoll was gliding. If he makes a move, probably a call in the play.

Kings need to work on their breakaways. You must deke on Brodeur.

While I agree... If there's anything that I'll continue to scratch my head over is Sutter making a lineup change (Gagne for Richardson) while being up 3-0. It wasnt "confidence destroying" by any means and I like what Gagne has brought, but it's just an odd move to make when the formula as-is was a winning formula. The fact that they haven't had a lead or won a game since isn't helping the optics.

If you think all those guys and most notably Penner aren't doing anything, I'm sorry but it's in the best interests of your health to just chill out for a minute. Take a walk or something. Penner has been all over the place, and so have a bunch of those guys.

Same team you see on the ice tonight is the one you'll see on Monday.

We ****ing should have won. No god damn question. This was our best game in all 5. Only difference is 4 posts and a deflection. We should be in OT..

Kings had the puck more, but didn't do much with it.

Game was pretty even, except for the posts that the kings hit.

Correct no call. Stoll thought he was in clear and stopped skating which was his first mistake. And then he got off an awful shot and Marty didn't even have to make a good save.

Interference. The Devils player (Sykora IIRC) and Mitchell both ran into each other on accident. They called Mitchell since LA had the puck. Brutal call.

Game 6 will really show if this team has the mental fortitude and mettle to be True Champions. Either game 5 will destroy them mentally and they've checked out already or it will wake them up to the fact that Cruise Control aint happening in the finals. If its the former, they dont deserve ****.

Looks like the "Adversity" question will be VERY applicable now. Its put up or shut up boys because the ONLY thing you have going for you now is that you're playing at home.

They lose game 6 and this team is done.
