Figured I should throw these up on here since it is a jersey thread, some I picked up recently and had lettered.
First up is an authentic Springfield Falcons, 52, that shall become a Briere. Received this in a trade from BJD:
Next up is a 2.0 2011 All Star Briere. Kit done from EPS, single layer dyed twill and I freakin' love it:
Next we have a 2.0 2011 Giroux, same info as the Briere:
Next is a 2010 Winter Classic 1.0 Giroux, kit from Philly Express:
Now this...this is my new baby. I can safely say I'm the only owner of any jersey like this aside from the actual gamer. Jersey was a stripped GI, patch came from a friend who I cannot thank enough. It's a 2.0 2012 Howe retirement night Giroux, and it's freakin' perfect:
My Giroux collection is up to 7, getting pretty awesome. Still have like...6 or 7 more to do hahaha.
Billy that was over 2 friggin' months ago ya weirdo, why would I mention it right now? Sheesh. And Flountown that is a possibility but I much prefer handling my own business.

While in almost every other aspect, I would agree, but I have found it way too annoying and tedious to deal with customizers as an individual...I'll pay them the extra 20 bucks or so to drop off and pick up all my jerseys in one location.
really nice jerseys, johnny. especially the briere and the giroux howe retirement. also nice to see that 1.0 winter classic makin an appearance after a couple years.
So I'm going to the draft in 2 days and will be bringing a ton of jerseys to get signed by the players. Was wondering are there specific markers I should get that work best on jerseys? I'm assuming Sharpie (black) is fine for white jerseys and lighter colored jerseys, but are there any really good markers to use for black jersey or will you not be able to see any of the signatures anyways?

Also what should I use for pucks? Silver sharpie?
Go with Deco Color, sharpies fade and dry really quickly.
Can you buy them at places in the area like AC Moore or Walmart or anything? I leave tomorrow and won't be able to buy them online.
I would think any craft store or Staples would have a variety. I know for pucks I think I used a paint type pen, just make sure you begin drying it immediately, but it looks good.
I just got some sharpies prior to going to the Flyers Carnival in Feb. I didn't see people talking about the better alternatives until a day or two before I was to leave.
However, I have several items autographed by a music star from back in 1998. All were signed with a sharpie, including a concert t shirt and several CD covers. Nothing has never faded.
But, if I go back next year - I'll probably get one of these other kinds of pens...
FWIW, I have plenty of dark jerseys signed with silver sharpie over the years and none of the signatures have faded. The marker itself does dry out quicker than others though.

Any chance you could post pictures so I could see what the silver signatures look like on a dark jersey?
(That goes out to everyone as well who has done that. Would appreciate seeing what it looks like to get a gist of whether I should bring some darker jerseys to get signed.)
Got my autographed Claude Giroux hockey stick in today. I got it off an NHL auction.
I already met Giroux, and I have a photo and Jersey signed by him (done in person). However, they will not let you take a hockey stick on carry on luggage. And, its too hard logistically to ship it back and forth (from Texas) - especially when I'm stuck dealing with taxis and no personal car in Philadelphia.
So, I resorted to an NHL auction in order to get a signed hockey stick...
Check it out!
