i agree. only negative about the run is i really wish larsson got some more opportunities to get playoff experience, but i can't question deboer's decision not to play him.

Yes, and this is huge. We finally have some great playoff memories at the Rock. Zajac's OT goal, Poni's OT goal, Henrique's OT goal.

Yep, I love that we have that to hold over the Rangers fans now.

How far we've come...who woulda thought during this game we'd be 2 wins from a Stanley Cup Championship?

It was a great season. I never thought we would get this far halfway through the season, and I never saw this happening in October-January of 2010/2011. Thanks for the season!

I am very proud of Devils.

I'm kind of new to these boards. As an ex Thrashers fan I took most of the season off as I wasn't sure I was able to support another team.

But watching Kovy excel this year and Devils playoff run got the juices flowing again and I will be definately back on board for next season.

This team gave us all we could ask for and more this year.

With a solid system, great coach and veteran presence to start next season.. I know we'll continue to see big things.

This loss, as hard as it is to swallow, I truly believe will be a launching point for another great season ahead.

Love this team.

They proved A LOT of people wrong, Marty did, Kovy did, a lot of great things from this.

It sucks being so close and not winning it, but we'll be back, soon.

Let's Go Devils!

LOL At Boulton on the ice for the Sykora goal. Did he get an assist on that?

In the last year we've gone from debating who to take with the #4 overall pick to losing in the Stanley Cup Final. I'll gladly take the pain I'm feeling now over the feeling I had last year at this time.

Before the season, nobody expected this run in their wildest dreams. And in the Final, they got as close as you can get to completing a miraculous comeback. Can't feel anything but pride now.

Bernier was great for us this post season, I don't blame him at all for that penalty, the LA guy turn at the last possible second, not his fault imo

I hope Bernier's back next year along with our 4th line

who would have thought we would make it to the SCF after being a lottery team last season?

can't ****ing wait until October, LGD!

Very proud of this squad. Everyone that calls themselves a fan should be. We had them as a bubble squad and they went to the Finals instead. If they could have won a game in OT, they likely win the cup.

Still not a fan of the D on this team but hopefully there is turnover. No time for that though. A very successful season and hopefully they don't take years of disappointment to return to it.

Larsson played enough I think, he'll be hungry for it next year

We're still going to raise a banner next season, even if it wasn't the one we wanted. This team is going to be remembered in team history as a great one that fell just short. Lots to be proud of.

Me neither, really. I mean, someone has to lose and we had a helluva lot of stuff to cheer about the past two decades and especially the past few weeks defeating both our rivals.

More annoyed on how it happened and a very large pit in my stomach over where this team goes from here... that could be it for many of the Devils we love and that sucks.

Great Season and fell just short.

Deserved a better hand in game 6 but a bad beat is a bad beat.

Incredible performance by a true collective team.

Take our players, discount our achievements, ridicule our fan base.

We always come back, we never die.

2 months worth a memories. They "will last a lifetime"

But it was a hell of a ride. Could not be more proud of the organization. All heart, all class.
