Yep, but those guys are undrafted players. And most of them have been recurrent invitees (Dell and Quattrochi)

Guys, this is the Habs prospects camp. The reason why they are not inviting every draft eligible player is because they are not Habs property. Simple as that.

Isn't Nygren pronounced NEEgren? YThe letter Y is pronounced that way in most European languages.

Well I might be wrong but I remember a swedish fan around these boards saying it's pronounced more like "Nugren" or "Noogren".

I know that Pierre Houde--who always asks players how to pronounce their names--pronounces NYlander "Noolander".

Right at the beginning of the vid, he says Magnus NEEgren. Case solved

No Josh McFadden, or Etienne Brodeur ?

Think Walsh, or Qualier get a contract ? Both? Neither ?
Theu offered an AHL contract to McFadden last year and he refused. Good thing... HE IS TERRIBLE!!!

This cant be too complicated can it?

This camp is for our drafted prospects, NHL players will not be attending. They will not be ALL Habs property as they will look at un-signed NON-DRAFT eligible players.

This is not the Habs private combine for the 2012 draft.

Sioux fans are waiting on a decision from Aaron Dell as to whether or not he will return to UND for his senior season. I imagine he will make his decision after camp.

I'm starting to like MacMillan a lot. That fact that he put on 23 pounds since his draft day is pretty impressive.

Good to hear and here's hoping A.Dell signs on for Hamilton. With Dell and Delmas the Bulldogs will have the goalie situation taken care of for a couple of years.Giving the Dogs a Sioux flavor when Kristo and MacMillan show.

The letter Y in slavic alphabets has an "oo" like moon sound.

hence why nygren would sound like noogren

I don't believe Swedish is a Slavic language. That might be the
cause for the confusion.

Aaron Dell plays in the NCAA for North Dakota's Fighting Sioux and gives their team a great shot at the Final Four the coming season and the last two.Danny Kristo decided to play his senior year and try once more for the Title of best college team in the US. Mark MacMillan is another Habs draft pick that plays for the Sioux and could be an elite center after his days in North Dakota, all three will be pros IMHO.

I really doubt Mark MacMillan will be an "elite center"
