Depends on its content.

So, in the last thread I complained about my aunt giving a job to my loser cousin..

Today I found out that he randomly has not shown up to work at least 2 days a week..

Wish i could tell my aunt I told you so..

And he still has the job?

I worked for a major book publisher/distributor in the warehouse for a temp position once, and was told after clocking in a couple mins late a few times that they'd rather you not show up for work than clock in late...for an 8 hour shift. Several employees didn't show up for their shifts at random as well. I started showing up a couple mins late consistently out of spite

Well my compressor for my AC in my car is apparently shot. So AC for a while till I get it fixed. Getting a second opinion of it though by getting the whole system flushed and recharged to see if it really is screwed or crap was just inside of it. Man, I really want a different car .

Does the compressor make any unusual noises when you turn it on? Does it make no noise at all?

A "flush" won't fix anything. Air conditioning refrigerant doesn't go bad, so if there's some in there, it's still good. If the compressor is good, and the system doesn't work, it's likely a leak. When you go to buy a recharge kit, be sure to get one that has UV dye in it. This way if it is a leak you can get a UV light and find out where it is and fix it.

As in it would make a somewhat loud grind/whine noise from the compressor. Apparently when I told them about the noise, they found out it was the compressor and cut the belt to it and now the noise is gone. From their report, it was starting to self-destruct. As in internal damage. The flush would be for to clear out any possible metal fragments (if any) from the internal damage of the compressor.

If need be, I can get a new compressor and drier for like $160 shipped via eBay.

AC is overrated. Besides, how hot is it back in PA right now?

It should be cool enough up until I get my car flushed on Thursday. I usually use air or open my windows, but still, having AC is a good thing haha.

Does anybody have a thing they do for good luck? I've hit a patch of bad luck recently and I'm trying to shake it. Hahaha any ideas? (yes I am superstitious about certain things.)

I honestly I have no reason to bash him ever again. Also, I do feel bad for him a bit. Probably the most down to earth famous guy ever.

A woman can run faster with her skirt up than man can with his pants down. (which usually refers to infidelity, however seems applicable in this situation)

I have never once played a Pokemon game. Even when I was in 5th grade, it seemed stupid as hell.
