When we play at the pond next season we ought to have a parade with a Cup replica and walk around the arena with some banners & pictures just to piss them off.
It looks like the Kings won in Hayward's "window". Didn't he proclaim that the Kings HAD to win this year or they were in trouble. It was ridiculous at the time but even more now that they have won and have almost the entire team locked up long term and most of the players are under 30 years old. But the Ducks do have a great prospect pool. Maybe PSP can explain to them what that will get you..

It looks like the Kings won in Hayward's "window". Didn't he proclaim that the Kings HAD to win this year or they were in trouble. It was ridiculous at the time but even more now that they have won and have almost the entire team locked up long term and most of the players are under 30 years old. But the Ducks do have a great prospect pool. Maybe PSP can explain to them what that will get you..

I don't know why you guys take that segment so personally. He's the Ducks color guy so obviously he's going to be pro ducks because that's what Duck fans want, same as Jim, he was pro Kings but obviously one of you will say he said that because it's true, but regardless of that I didn't take that whole segment seriously it was obviously going to be homerism on both sides for a reason.

The fact that he's a smug condescending doosh has more to do with it that anything really. And that doesn't just go for Kings fans as I'm sure most of the people that frequent HF know.
Never really cared about the ducks. Still don't. The cup was won 44 times prior to the Kings winning it, the Ducks run was no different than any of the other 43 times...

Only beef I have with it is that it seems like Jim Fox got ambushed--it's like they told him it was a serious debate and they told Hayward to dick around with him their tones are totally different. It's not till the end that Jim 'gets it'.
