Talk about overproduced. Wish we hadn't watched the first hour of this.

No suspense with the harness...

And the customs thing...he had to carry his passport...I half laughed and half facepalmed.

I turned it on with about 10mins to go before he walked.

Oddly enough, he was at The Bend while I was there around 6pm. He wasn't drinking but was playing pool. Decided to let him be and not ask him questions. The bar was practically empty sadly. Val had her hotsauce out for nacho night.

Yeah, with the harness there, why would you watch? Do you really care if he makes it all the way across, or has to be helped off the wire? Are you really a tightroping enthusiast who gets a buzz off seeing a well walked wire?

I just realized how awesome it would be if he went the other way and the American customs people greeted him.

Sir, what citizenship are you?
Where do you live?
What was the purpose of your visit to Canada?
Are you bringing any fruits or vegetables?

Sir, I'm gonna need you to go inside for further questioning.

Hey guys,

I will be in Buffalo in about a week on my way up to Toronto for a cousins wedding. I would like to buy some clothes before going back to Canada because its a lot cheaper and I need a bunch. Looking for both semi-formal and causal clothes, jeans, button up shirts and t-shirts. You guys have any recommendations to go to where I can get a bunch of shopping done in one blow and can find some deals?

Thanks.

The average American mall:

http://www.waldengalleria.com/

Worth the trip, though, are the outlets:

Pretty much. Go to either of those places and half the license plates will be from Ontario...that's where they go.

He wore a harness because (who ever is in charge of the thing) wouldn't let him walk across without one.. nor would it be on national tv. If It was up to him he wouldn't have worn one (probably).

ABC wouldn't carry it if he didn't wear the harness. They were also the major sponsor covering a lot of the cost of the event.

He openly stated that he wouldn't have been able to afford the rigging with out their sponsorship. He also openly stated that he didn't want to wear it because he never has in the past.

Just under $34 with tax and shipping from a large national chain who's logo is a red and white bullseye.
If I understand it correctly, the 2009 version of 1942 is a 2009 update of the 2004 remake of the 1981 / 1984 original. Also, it is still published / in circulation.

Kirk Cameron before he found Jesus? If so, I think he's less creepy in the above pic.

I'll be in Niagara Falls in a couple weeks.
If I walk across, it will be on the Rainbow bridge.

Guess that depends. If you're looking to be the voyeur side of the equation you are going to the wrong ones. If you are looking to be the exhibitionist side all you need is a parking lot and a willing lady friend.

Ugh @ Canadians and their mall shopping. THE most rude shoppers I've ever seen anywhere. In the past I've worked at Eastern Hills, Boulevard, Outlet, and Galleria. 99% of them just toss crap aside in the stores like they're rummaging through a bin. Then of course there's the leftovers in the parking lot after they change into the new clothes to avoid paying the taxes.
