Avs to make a push for a Suter or a Parise
Can't believe this hasn't been chatted about yet. He said it very early this morning on twitter as a reply to a tweet following an ESPN story where he mentions the Avs cap room and free agency. Heres what he said to someone who asked if the Avs will make a big move:

I think this just means Suter, we wouldn't have re-signed Jones if we were going after Parise.. or we will have to trade Mueller. For pipe-dreams sake:

Duke is probably playing his last season, there's no need to trade Mueller even if we end up with Parise.

If we do sign Suter and Parise is still on the market, I think that would make the Avs one of the frontrunners. Imo Suter will sign before Parise.

I still have huge doubts that Sherman will be able to sign either. Although I would be really excited for next season if he did.
