Is there any chance Sebastian Collberg comes over to play CHL?

He should get more minutes upcoming season year than this year at least.

I hope so, otherwise it's going to be somewhat of a wasted year in terms of development. Are you allowed to loan players in the SEL?

Yes
But a player can play for the Junior team without being "loaned" (assuming it's the same club).

wont he be too good to be playing for the Junior team though, seems like if he plays against juniors it should be in the CHL.

Can Collberg drop to the second round?

I heard an interview with Collberg this morning on a local radiostation here in Sweden and when asked what his favorite team was it was the TML so I was wondering is there any chance that he would fall to 36?

I think he goes to the flames at 14 personally, and i have seen debate on his height. At the NHL combine it had him at 6'1 why is he listed at 5'11 here

No, Mark Edwards in his twitter reported this
Quote:
Sebastian Collberg: Height- 71 Inches, Wing Span- 69 inches Weight: 180 lb
So it's exactly 5'11''.

Tedenby is the better stickhandler but Collberg i slightly bigger and has better hockey sense. Collberg is also way better when it comes to finishing. Their styles are quite different but both are great skaters, Tedenby might be the slightly better skater.

This guy hasn't scored a goal in the SEL yet. You've got to think his confidence is getting hurt

He's playing in the SEL-2 since a while back. 2G in 6 games. Sweden Team 20 this weekend though.

Following him closely this year, I would say that in at least 5 of his 16 SEL games for Frolunda, he either did not see a second of ice time as he was the ''13th forward'' or he played a minute or two.

In the other games when he played, it was usually around 8-10 minutes a game on average and he usually was able to generate chances. For whatever reason, the Frolunda coach doesn't seem to be a fan of his and they had a forward logjam (especially after signing Duchene and Stalberg), which is why they loaned him to the Allsvenskan, where he seems to be playing top 6 minutes and doing OK.

The true evaluation of him should be how he does against his own age group and this tournament this weekend and the WJC coming up will be big tests.

I'm guessing his average of 4 minutes of ice time per game is a reason why so many GMs passed on him.

This is not how you develop a prospect.

He had 6 mins this season!

It's really good for him that he got away from that ****** club. Too bad Ronnberg wasn't coach this season, he would more than likely have gotten proper ice time.

I don't usually disagree with Swedish prospects' decision to stay home, but in this case, you have to think Collberg would be better served in the CHL.
