My ADDITIONAL SEAT upgrade email say's that I'm scheduled for Friday June 29th at 2pm. Is there a difference between the additional seat & the upgrading process? I would think they're one in the same. Anyway, I bought my one season ticket in early October 2011. I hope i can stay in the "300s" where i just was and add 1 more. I don't wanna move up or down.
Upgrades should have started today -- if anyone has gotten into the seating map, I would love to know what kind of availability there is in the upper bowl.

Long time reader but this may be my first post lol. Does anyone have a good ticket rep? Here is my story: finally got a mini plan 2 seasons ago in 317 and the rep I had was great but then the fall came around and no one had e-mailed me or called me back so I got nervous and called the general line to find out that the rep I had no longer worked there. They assigned me a new rep this season who was awesome except right before the season ended she told me she was leaving sales too. As a result I have not heard anything yet and since I waited so long last year I got forced into sec 110 which was not affordable I ended up selling half my games. So any help is welcome! Thanks!
Im going on the 21st and i have six seats for 12yrs.
I have 8 years and can log on the 21st at 2pm for an upgrade. It looks like they may have really spread out the STH's with less tenure, but grouped some of the longer tenured subscribers.

I noticed one thing in the instructional video - and who knows if it was just a test setup - but if you look (link above) you can see some sections are 'upgradeable' and some are not. I wonder if its live data? Click video #2 "Selecting a Section" you can see right away that many center sections are red (unavailable).

If you go to the Rangers website and click Subscriber Central then Contact Us, it shows 5 "Client Relationship Specialists". Gretchen never calls me back, but try the others.
Good Luck and just remember it may take some time to get a call back. You are not important to them, you are just a mere fan that spends a lot of money.
I don't think those drawings of left over seats are accurate because I know they moved some STH in the old 400s to the west balcony. That's a huge price increase $39 to $64 and I would expect some of them to drop there seats and the drawing shows the west balcony completely sold out

I'm fairly certain the sections that are not "upgradeable" is simply due to the fact that at that moment there are no available seats there. Once someone relocates out of that section the color will change and the actual seats in inventory will be indicated.
Called them today because I didnt get my credit/refund yet, it was just sitting there. The guy was like yea you have stuff here, I was like yup I paid for next year in full already so can I have everything. He said he will put it through today. Wonder if I would have ever got it if I didnt call lol
So I assume nobody here has been through the upgrade process yet?
Mine is in less then 48 hours, Thursday at 9am.
I think someone here has theres tomorrow Hopefully they will give us an updated on what price ranges are left over and a ballpark number on the amount of seats left
I just went thru the upgrade process about 2 hours ago.
Season ticket holder since 1987.
I was in section 101 row 15 ( $100 per seat) - row 14 was $150 per seat. The problem with section 101 is the pitch of the seats. You can't see the goal line. You have to watch plays on the center screen or you would miss goals or great saves!
I knew the only way to change seats is to upgrade (put more cash in Dolan's pocket).
I gave my Rep 4 sections that I wanted to relocate to. Cost was $132 per seat. Nothing was available in that price range only at $178 per seat ( row 14). Typical BS.:shake head
I used to sit in 101 at the old garden ( when I had leg room with seats on the aisle with a great view)
I told him I want the same type of view with seats on the aisle ( i can dream - right )
When he made my day: row 1 seats on the aisle at the face-off circle by Ranger Bench! $125 per seat but extra leg room. I am thrilled with the new digs!!!
The process was painful but I got the view I wanted with legroom & aisle seats!!!
