Too bad the Sens group didn't get to something like this first! I'm sure I'll try it out, but it'd have to be mind-blowing to overcome the thought of my dollars helping the Leafs.

If it's a good place to watch the game and entertain myself, I dont care who owns it. It's not like the maple leafs budget of infinity will change based on ottawa earned Real Sports dollars.
MLSE is incapable of running a successful sports franchise in terms of wins vs losses. What they can do, though, is make money. However, I wouldn't walk into a bar owned by anything associated with MLSE if they served me free beer!

Depends. Will they foolishly show Toronto based sports games or will they respect our city and our teams and show Ottawa based sports? If they don't then hell, may the junkies run them out of the market.

I first went to the one at Maple Leaf Square for a business function and loved it. I've gone back a lot.
Yes it's MLSE. It's also a really cool experience. I hope it doesnt kill off the smaller bars but it's miles ahead of places like Local Heros. Being in Ottawa, it will have a Sens focus I'm sure.
The size will make it great for playoff hockey. Definitely could become a go-to place for young professionals. I've found it's a great place to meet people in Toronto.
