Wilson is more of a luxury type pick. If the Sedins were in their late 20's, like 27 or 28, then taking Wilson would make more sense. But, they are turning 32 before the end of the calendar year. Need to think about replacing their scoring in a couple of years. Wilson, don't expect him to play for another season or 2. Has to develop some more puck skills before you put him into the NHL, otherwise, he'll likely be just a 4th liner.
Wilson seems more of an ideal pick for the Oilers to go with their skilled forwards in Ebs, Hall, Nuge, Yakubov since they are lacking some size up front.
