These posts are becoming Comical. Last Year anyone with an opinion u claimed that there were the kids Parents. You are not the only one with an opinion. U must think that u are a mind reader and know all these alternative motives. Watching u call everyone a "promotor" or "parent" is getting old and seems to be your way to control whats being said here.
I respect Tiger's opinions and find them very in depth on future prospects, Why the hate? I think we are all trying to weed out the B.S. and get some insight on future players that I enjoy reading.
Elgin was very strong last season but mutliple players left. Graham Brulotte and Austin Sloot both switched to London Junior Knights Gold. Brulotte with good size and speed and Sloot with great intensity. These two players have great chemistry and should be getting watched this upcoming season. London Gold is the team to watch!

Graham Brulotte expected to go high in the draft. Playing in London this year. Keep updating these top 10s!
I believe you are missing Dylan Strome, who will go top 5 when draft time comes around. I don't know some of these boys but I don't think Capobianco is a top 10. He is good but not in the same league as DeFarias or Mayo.

True say but Capobianco is at All-State and Mayo/Defarias aren't

Agree with Strome being top 10. Also, need to consider Lizzote on defense. Warenski has a solid chance to go #1. Any players considering NCAA ?

Have you seen these boys play? All-State is not the gospel. Ask anyone who watches 97 GTHL hockey. DeFarias is much better than Capobianco. I have not seen Mayo that many times but would take him too.

Agree. My order of defensemen in Ontario: Spencer, Walters, Lazzotte, Defarias, McFadden, Peski, Capobianco, Schlickting. All possible first rounders.
Latest I understand Ken Strong has accepted a position as head coach of an U18 team in Austria and will not be coaching the Rangers next season. Apparently announced in the Austrian sports press.
That is correct. Rick Viave has been named the new coach. Last time he coached a Minor Midget team, it was the Young Nats that featured Jamie Oleksiak, Tyler Seguin and Jeff Skinner. Thus far it looks like Oakville has brought in a huge amount of players this year from the US and Ontario.
Excuse me "friend"...your exactly right, that list was made off of viewings from peewee and minor bantam, what other years of experience would I use for these players?Good players build solid resumes during a whole hockey career. I have seen more games then you can comprehend and if i remember correctly in my prior posts, I was the first to correctly call Roland McKeown and Sam Bennett going to Kingston at the spots they did.Now your right, This list is out of place and I would definately rearrange some players as it stands right now but a list is a list and you didn't put the time into make it,so you shouldn't be given the time to negatively comment on it.It was suppose to promotes discussion.
I miss when this board was less crap and more info.
is anybody chaining you to this board? Maybe the "info" given that you take as crap might turn out to be real info... that's why it call a discussion board. I can accept that my perceptions are off, so please teach me stuff if you got good info.
... and don't go anywhere I like having you around

Take a look back at the 2009 OHL Draft thread and the discussion there. It was filled with passionate hockey people talking the game. Look at the past few years, and its gotten to the point where its those who are involved with the players fighting with each other. The quality has fallen, no doubt.
Look at the above, we are in July, and we already are seeing people sign up to complain that 'certain' players need to be mentioned, and those offering opinions get criticized for offering those opinions.
it's ok, let just contribute the best way we know how, actually I've been spending alot of time in the NHL threads lately, it gets pretty interesting sometimes. It's not for everybody like people that like hard facts but it's cool when your bored.
hey tigers..just wondering if u got a chance to see any of the jr spits games last year, there was a underager by the name of Matt Barnes..saw him play the year b4 and was by far the best player on the ice with explosive speed and a nice shot from the point...i would immagine he would be 1 of the higher picks in (13) from this area...was wondering what your thoughts of him were, if youve seen him play??? thanx in advance.

Should be interesting to watch the SCTA for 97s loop this season... Oakville should be at the top with the new talent brought in from the US, many of the old Oakville kids got cut and moved to Brampton (I bet they'll be playing with a chip on their shoulders), and Halton apparently only has one kid returning from last year (some kids that went to GTHL have returned to the OMHA).
ive heard the marlies are loosing 2 of top 3 dmen only one left is that guy who starts with a d for last name. I dont want to say names but think of 3 best dman and 2 are gone. Its gunna be nice not seeing the marlies dominate like usual but they will still have a good team. Oakville, Barrie, Whitby, YSE, Rebels, Elgin could all be top teams.
One of those was Marlie stud bantam Kyle Capobianco he switched to the Oakville Rangers hoping to play for Ken STrong this year but thats not happening.
3 guys to watch this year:
Matthew Kreis Vaughn Kings
Nikita Korostelev Vaughn Kings
David Zieppeiri Mississauga Rebels.
