4 PK Subban 43 Dynamic and fun to watch, the best defenseman in this class …
5 Ryan McDonagh 12 … unless this guy passes him; both can be No. 1 guys in this League

Habs fan here ...

Justin effin Falk is in the 1st round? JUSTIN FALK?

Did they get him confused with Justin Faulk?

Because Falk is a depth defenseman at best.

not a bad year for Mtl even if Eller was drafted by St-Louis.
Meh, I think if you add Eller to your list then MCD should be taken off. It doesn't work with both on it. I would just be happy saying that my head scout took MCD, Patches, and Subban, even if my GM retardedly sent away MCD.

You know the draft talent for that season was mediocre. Falk has had a bigger impact then most of the picks behind him

I'd put Pacioretty ahead of Perron. I'd also move Voracek up a couple spots since I see no reason to rank him behind Sutter and Gagner. Those seem like no-brainers to me. Otherwise that list is well done; I especially enjoyed the comment on Simmonds: "... could score 20-25 consistently with all kinds of jam".

Not arguing with the list on this one because he has yet to prove it, but I see Eller being a late-bloomer.

Better list than I thought, but I think because this draft is so bad it's also easier

Pacioretty over Perron. Also, am I the only one here who definitely takes Benn over Couture? Couture's a hell of a player, but Benn looks like a special player. Power forwards tend to develop more slowly and Benn is already this good? Scary.

IMO they had the right players in the top 5, but in the wrong order.

I'd put them:

#1 Kane
#2 Benn
#3 McDonagh
#4 Subban
#5 Couture

So sad about Cherepanov. Had so much talent, truly wonder where he would have been at this point.
