Ah, yes. The old "we got a first round talent in the third round!" thing. I think this year it's Frk and Ebert.

That'd just be silly. He's a Top 20 talent and had a great finish to the year after injury. I'm not saying it's not possible, but he's the type of player that teams with 3+ picks in the top 40 should be taking even if they feel it's a risk. Kids got the best one-timer in the draft.

The Habs board was going crazy at the time. We ended up picking that loser McDonaugh instead of him too...

I'm not alone watching from Halifax in saying that it appears that Frk has all the tools of a scoring top 6 winger, but not that strong hockey IQ that would have likely made him a top 15 pick.

I'm in the same boat, with the lack of forward talent after the top 10 picks I'd take Frk as early as #20, but I can easily see him falling past #40 in this draft.

Adam Gilmour. I simply love him. Needs to be picked up Round 4 or up.
Jake McCabe. Solid player. Steal if he falls past #35.

Gonna take a stab at this and say Derrick Pouliot falls to the second round to Columbus (#32)

It wasn't because of poor play. Esposito's knees (both of them) have been severely injured since he was drafted and he's never recovered from the injuries.

Biggest steal will be Nick Ebert. I also think Martin Frk will be a steal.
