So I guess this means theres no chance at realignment for next season? That sucks for Winnipeg. I figured something would get done while the CBA talks are going on.

I'm digging those three early 6-7 game home stands. And only one road trip longer than 3 games (and it looks like there's only two tough teams on that road trip).

Also 13 back-to-backs, only 3 of which are in the first half of the season.

I guess this all means we better have a good first half.

Me and my other Bruins friend are going forsure, we already talked about it today, we always go in our jerseys, he has a signed Neely, and I will be in my Stanley Cup Champion Tim Thomas jersey. It would be great to get a section together.

I can tell you one thing, tickets are probably the second or third most expensive, other than Toronto/Montreal as this is Vancouvers only real sports team and the fans love them, plus they have done very well for the past few years.

It will also be an insanely tough ticket to get. Even being on Ticketmaster the second the single game tickets go on sale may not be enough. I am already petitioning 2 friends who are season ticket holders for their seats.

Sounds fun, I am alos getting a buddy of mine to go online at the same time so we can get tickets forsure. How many tickets can your season ticket holder friends get?
Where are the seats?

New Year's Eve Bruins @ Flames. I'm there. Whether I have to resort to Stub Hub or find some other way to be there, I'll be there.

I very well may be moving to Tennessee in the next few months...so I am obviously looking into the game at Nashville.

And hey, I can fly for free. So I may take that COL/SJ/PHX swing with the team this year.

5 Home and Homes, against each of the division rivals as well as the Flyers? Open against Flyers? Close against the Sabres? Less matinees? Home Opener against the Habs? Long road trip at/around the trade deadline?

My goodness...this schedule is damn near perfect! Let's hope it doesn't get changed due to labor strife.

I'm glad there's another long road trip at the deadline. No doubt that's when we'll see PC make a move or two.

Now I have had a day to ruminate on the schedule I am pretty certain the game I am most excited for is the Saturday second game of the year vs Dallas. Lets hope its a blood bath like the last two.

I wonder if before the game Ryder is going to say to Ott "don't pull any crap I don't feel like getting my ass kicked tonight."

I'll be there for sure! I think it would be cool for all of us to meet up before the game at a nearby pub for some drinks/food. We'll all be sitting all over so meeting up in the arena is too hard. I'm going to wait and get tickets on StubHub and try to get the best ones I can. I only go to 1-2 games per year so shelling out big $ for one game is okay.

Chicago is tempting, especially that Chicago-Nashville leg.

Also looking into San Jose, but think my money will be better spent on arenas I haven't been to yet.

Pittsburgh has somehow managed to get on my list too.
