Well, I believe NBCSN will use the TSN feed tonight.

There's a reason why Pierre McGuire is back on TSN for the draft.

I meant their online stream. I'm sure NBCSN is just doing the same as last year and rebroadcasting TSN.

I wonder if Montreal and Edmonton could flip 1sts? Eddy wants a defender and would have one of Murray or Reinhart and Montreal would get Nail.

I doubt it.

Kind of a risky move IMO.

Which hockey publications/outlets had Brodin around #10 for a long time, or in top 10 until the last few months? None of the guides that I have from 2011 - the only source I find is TSN. ISS, THN, Mckeen's, and Red Line do not have him at 10. I don't have time to match him up to Lindholm's current rankings but I think the rising closer to the draft is closer than you make it out to be.

According to Aportzline, Columbus will be picking Murray unless he goes first overall, then they will try to trade back or pick Galchenyuk.

I can see Montreal trading up to pick Galchenyuk, but they'd have to pay more than I originally thought because that almost guarantees Edmonton won't get Murray.

Lindholm never made it into McKenzie's top 10, and that's the only list on TSN that really matters. Button tends to get really attached to some players, and really adverse to others. Hell, Button has Subban ranked 8th...

I have to work until 11 tonight but will be recording the draft. I hope to hear absolutely nothing until I come home to push play. I'm really hoping for some draft day fireworks to make things interesting. Tonight is going to go by so slow

I had only heard of Brodin days before when McKenzie was on Sirius. His statement was "If Adam Larsson is gone at #4, the Devils will take Brodin." Then he went on and on about how Brodin had some amazing combine test results, specifically, hockey IQ.

Yeah I hadn't really heard of him either. I was convinced we were going to pick Murphy.

I know but I just figured that they were similar in that they were not talked about a ton until right around draft time. So, it is safe to say that Lindholm has not reached the level Brodin did last year, however, both have been risers near the end, just Brodin to a much larger degree.

Mckenzie's top 10 is just a consolidation of all the main scouting services and a mix of NHL scouts, right?

You wearing a Gaborik jersey, while holding your son, who is touching the cup, means by a weird compilation of moves, that Gaborik will never win the cup. Hooray!!!
