1st + Gagner for Subban + 3rd is all I can think of that might entice the Oilers.

Maybe the Oilers add something else.

if its Subban and 3 it has to be more than just 1 going back

Habs realize that they may get Yakupov at 3 right? Oilers likely want Murray anyways at 1. Need D

I would still draft Yakupov if im the Oilers then move Gagner for a Dman

You don't deal with Edmonton, they play hardball, but Subban alone should get you a top 5 pick.

Yeah, I was thinking something sort of like 1st + PRV for Subban and 2nd.

What would Habs have to offer to make EDM trade out of the 1st round?

Subban + 33rd OV + ?

Subban
Kristo
1st (3rd OA)

Gudbransson
Huberdeau
1st (23rd OA)

I think I'm bored. This trade makes no sense but I'm posting it anyways.

The only way i see the Habs trading PK is if Ryan Suter secretly called Bergevin telling him its as good as a done deal!

Unless the Habs are getting back a young superstar forward they're not moving Subban.

And even then it'd have to be an insane return, or part of a massive deal.

Think: Anaheim's 6th overall pick+Bobby Ryan for Tomas Plekanec and PK Subban

I don't see Subban moving, no one will offer up what his value to the team is now, and could be in 2-3 years.

Maybe negotiations aren't going well though? Who knows

Top pairing RD. In other words Subban. If we trade PK out top 2 RD are Diaz and Weber.

I would rather trade the 1st overall pick for Subban than select Murray.

If PK is traded, which I highly doubt, I think it's PK+ for the 1st overall.

MTL: Yakupov
CLB: Murray
MTL: Galchenyuk

With #30 or #32, CLB drafts Malcomb Subban.

I think his response was.

Nathan Beaulieu, Jarred Tinordi, Morgan Ellis, Alexei Emelin, and Darren Dietz?

Subban is one of those guys, I have no idea how good he is. He gets caught up in a bunch of hype, a lot of which has nothing to do with his on ice play.

You could convince me he's a 5-6 guy with flash and some offense just as well that you could convince me he's a future #1 (or is right now).
