no dice from Montreal's perspective.

While there is no guarantee that Leblanc will reach (or surpass) Kulemin's current level, he has progressed quite well since being drafted and if he continues to progress, there's no reason to believe he won't reach his high end potential, which would be a step above what Kulemin is right now.

Montreal isn't in a situation where it would make sense to trade a promising young player for a more established young player, let alone add a high pick in the deal.

all that said, I can see why T.O fans aren't interested either.

pass on both sides, bad proposal.

You are both SOOOOOOO right.

From MTL's side, we could keep our great Quebequois hope and sign a UFA similar to Kulemin in Andrei Kostitsyn.....and keep our 2nd rd pick.

Leafs get to keep their favorite 3rd liner as well.

And BOTH sides would be happy with that

This trade doesn't really help either team, poor proposal.

MacArthur had an off year and would have finished 5th on your team in scoring.

He plays on the Left side, so at least say you dont need another Left Winger, but, you sure can use a player of his calibur.

Ok, since that seems pretty close to unanimous from both sides, and relatively cordially so thus far... let's close this before the inevitable somebody comes in with something that starts a less pleasant downward spiral...
