Yup. And there was actual excitement over every trade and signing. Suter signed and Schultz signed, and not even a peep from anyone. Sucks.

Parise wants to make a decision by 11, if you have any interest send a final offer now.

When thinking about money and team, Phoenix was best choice.

Right...

The team with financial troubles can offer Parise $12M.

Parise chose the team that could move in the next few years for the stability of it.

Color me surprised.

For Parise, I agree. No way Phoenix can offer that in real life though.

I agree completely, but if Rick Nash can get traded to the Islanders, then Parise can sign a $144 million contract with Phoenix.

Overall, we're pretty happy with our off-season, as we wanted to add depth and not be too top-heavy with our big 3. I think our defense could use some work, but I'm super impressed with our offensive depth.

What do y'all think?

I like what you've done with this team. You've made them younger and I loved that Pleks for Henrique trade.

Probably the biggest off-season in Canucks history. Some big names leave the organization in Roberto Luongo and Manny Malhotra. We land 3 top FAs in Jagr, Garrison and Schultz, and bring in a TON of prospects in Kerdiles, Petrovic, Tangradi, Bystrom.

One of the deepest teams in the league.

We also invited Cristobal Huet to a tryout contract.
I Love what you did with the Canucks. That defence looks great and I love the return you got for Lu, Goc is super underrated. I'm not sure if Jagr is the answer for that 2nd line, but it could turn out really well.

Any offseason that yields Huberdeau, Bjugstad and Rielly is a great way to kickstart a mini rebuild. Adding Clutterbuck+Ott to the team was a move I liked... they fit the Anaheim mold. Could care less for Hudler but he's a 50 point player, will probably fit well with the top line. Defense-wise you probably could of used a bigger Top 4 piece then Carle.. and Zanon had an atrocious post-season can't see him lasting much longer in a regular role.

IMO you'll likely see Hubs on the wing when he cracks an NHL lineup. Ott is a great C, might as well leave him there.

If Jagr ends up on the Nucks (doubtful with the travel). I can see him getting regular shifts with the Sedins. His board play is top notch, and Burrows has great chemistry with Kesler.

I need a HUGE favor from some of my fellow very experienced GM Game participants.

I am running my GM game on the Rangers board using NHL 12, NHL 13, etc as the simulator.

We are finishing up our first season (it was an expedited one) in a couple of weeks after the playoffs. I am aiming to begin free agency mid to the 3rd week in August. I'm in need of about 4 agents to please help me out.

I'm coming over here because I know there ate quite a few experienced agents here and I need to bring in a 3rd party and someone who is completely unaffliated with the game.

I will have all the teams update their rosters before free agency so you guys know what each team has to work with and I will provide each agent a list of all free agents.

If some of you are looking to kill two weeks please let me know otherwise I may need to ask some of the people on the waiting list to take part and help out.

Your help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED and your experience is MUCH NEEDED.

Please PM me if you'd be willing to help me out.

Thanks for your time guys.
