If we can re-sign some of these other guys before July 1 (the goalies, the fourth line) it makes it harder for Zach to leave.

If he comes cheap, sure.

Can't imagine anyone being stupid enough to give us a 4th for Boulton.....then again, as stated, if we could get a 5th for PL3.....

still....I doubt we'll get THAT lucky again.

Would love to add Mueller. I don't care about the injury risks, he's got serious talent.

No one will ever know unless we try!

I mean, until today, Wideman probably thought he'd never be lucky enough to get a $26 million dollar contract with a full NMC.... right?

3rd line. Dream scenario

Radulov joins for under 2mil. Picks his act up because of Kovy. Becomes 25 goal scorer

we always seem to have a big injury, so maybe if we sign him, he'll be out for 70 games, and not one of our top 6

How about we just trade Boulton for a conditional pick. To Columbus for a 7th round pick which we only get if Columbus makes the playoffs! I'd be happy with that. Trading him for a bag of pucks too. There would never be a better trade than that. Guy is deadweight, and he had the cap hit of frickin Petr Sykora last year. One guy who scored over 20 goals that most people don't even want back.

I love Carter!!!!!!!!! He might want an opportunity to play 3rd line somewhere just to get his game on the map. I like him as a devils, very intense, puts his head down, fights and goes to work.

Mueller: from Bloomington, MN. I think we found Zach's new BFF on NJD.

supposedly mueller has thought about quitting for religious reasons before, compounded with injury history. i don't know if he would play more than 10 games for us.

a: radulov will not stay in the nhl if 2 million is all he can get.
b: radulov is capable of a lot more than 25 goals.

a: 2 million here as opposed to 12 million in the KHL? I don't think even a brainless buffoon would choose the NHL in that case.

b: I think he easily gets 30 goals here. I mean if Clarkie can do it, then Rad could also.

But it's a moot point. If he wants to cash-in, he'd better go back to Russia where it's all about him.

Feaster is such a fool. I really hope we can get in on that. Too bad Calgary doesn't have much I'd want.

As i said with Mueller something like.

Parise Zajac Zubrus
Elias/Mueller Henrque Kovy
Mueller/Elias Josefson Clarkson
Carter Gio Bernier

I would be ok with that start the season with Tedneby, Boulton, Janssen, or Sykora as the couple extra forwards.

Sign me up for a Mueller signing. He's only 24 and can put up some good numbers. Assuming he stays healthy.

I guess that counts. Boulton for a fourth, let's see it.
