Will the KHL bankroll Lev's player salaries? Is the tax rate for hockey players similar to that in Russia? If not, how will that be solved?
Also, who will actually go to Lev's games? I can't imagine Slavia and Sparta supporters abandoning their teams.
I don't live in Prague at the moment but I have lived there and watched a lot of Slavia games. The idea of a new team in Prague just seems ridiculous on so many levels.

btw. I read at the Phoenix board that acquiring Michalek likely means Rozsival is not coming back. Still doesnt mean much, but it makes Rozsival to Lev rumour a bit more relevant.

Agreed completely. Far to many Slovaks and Czeks wast there talents in NA league like CHL and AHL.
And that goes for Russian Pavel Valentenko and Norwegian Mats Zuccarello too,and many other europeans.
I fail to see the reason why. The NA has lot of talent there self. Why destroying europeans youth leagues by robbing their talent pools?

Just talked to Karol Csanyi and he has offer from Slovan, Lev and finnish 2nd league team.
Slovan is offering him spot in junior team Tatranskí Vlci (MHL) with the possibility to play Slovakian Extraleague.
Lev is offering spot in junior team Karlovy Vary (MHL) with the possibility to play Czech extraleague.
He is currently considering his options and it looks like he will go with Lev.

Hmm. I personally doubt they offered him contract. I have nothing against him but if Slovan's management really offered him contract, they have really gone crazy

funny situation.. many people should celebrate (they have wanted Charouz to finish his Sparta mission for years), but they are crying today (because of Lev)
what a paradox, what the hell fans want?

I thought a conference was supposed to have been held late June to show off the jerseys. Any idea about their release date?
