Why not just give Matt Kassian the 1-way he wants?

He did that with the Hawks at least.
He played with Brunette at some point last season.

We don't need Kassian as an enforcer.
We have Veilleux!

Sounds like the name of my friend's father.

Kassian can even take down giant animals. That's a check in the "pro one-way" box.

Given where you live, I'm surprised it isn't.

Kassian taking down a Sabre? Must be an omen.

I want Kassian on the team. Teams are bound to try and take runs at the young players on the Wild, especially with Shanny retaining his position.

Could be wrong with these, but after a quick glance at past road tours....
2006 Chouinard
2008 Fedoruk and Voros
2010 Ebbett and Scott
So every couple of years, which means we're due for another one.
Gillies and Staubitz were on last year's road tour although they started the season with the team. But that road tour can be a curse.

Voros! That's the one I was thinking of.

I think he'd rather have a three way than a one way.

Why...why... So far it was going so well. I'd go with the two-way deal.

This team has way too many one-ways as it is. FFS without adding Brodin or the golden boy Suter, we've already got 4 one-ways on defense--plus the only two on two-ways are Spurgeon and Scandella, and it's not like we want to send them down.
I know the fourth-line situation is a little different but I'd like Fletch to keep a bit more roster flexibility. I have a feeling it's going to bite us in the ass sooner, rather than later.

Yeah he sucks equally at both(Scott). On topic we could use Kassian as a consistent healthy scratch/13th forward who can fill in to protect and even play to create a mor ephysical element to our game
