The drill selection at this camp is just dreadful. Compared to other teams and how they run things it's embarassing. Brokenwood doesn't belong there get a real development coordinator. -_- Your running a camp, not a practice ... sheesh

I'm sure you know more than an NHL veteran and a professional Hockey team

It's apparent right now he's inexperienced compared to his predecessors right away. I could probably could run it better then what he's doing now, he's as creative as Mathieu Darche. I've been to Senators development camp and it's night and day what goes on . . .

Latest drill Brokenwood showing his 20 years being an NHL veteran has taught him a lot -_- what a fail of time the players from Europe must be like I came here for this lol

It's the same as every dev camp we've had. This is not the rookie camp. It's the dev camp where they analyse specific aspects and decide what each player will need to work on in the future. They have always been boring to watch because the exercises are weird.

It's not the same, at least previous years they had things like this. There was more creativity previous years that's what i'm saying. Making players skate in straight lines for 2 days is a waste of ice time especially when he's not a SKATING EXPERT ! If you want them to improve skating you hire Barbara Underhill as many NHL organizations have done, she knows more about skating then veteran NHL'ers . .. but wait I shouldn't have said that since I shouldn't know ''more than an NHL veteran and a professional Hockey team '' . . .

And I'm not a troll for the guys on the right chat box thingi i'm just saying it as I see it compared to other's I've seen and been too -_-

You are using compilation videos. That condense 3 days in 2 minutes so they will not include the boring parts.

It's a 3 day EVALUATION camp...sheesh!

The purpose is to video them and identify weaknesses so they can work on them. You evaluate that with simple basic tests, not creative stuff. Mos of the time, they're not even on ice. The go threw courses of how to be a pro, eat, adress medias, etc.

Get to understand the purpose of the camp before bashing it, otherwise you make yourself look like a fool.

Unfortunately, not going for the rest of the camp. Family matters....going in a camp with no TV, no Net. All this with UFA period coming....I guess I,ll add the net on my phone....

I think your hatred for Brisebois has distorted your capability of proper judgement.

Tim Turk and Paul Lawson are 2 of the greatest development coaches in the League. Lawson is the one who worked with Patches to take him from a mediocre skater to above average.

We have some nice prospects, but our pool is still neither elite nor deep. It's a lot better rounded, though. Gally and, to a lesser but not insignificant degree, Collberg, are really good forward prospects. Really good.

Seems like a free shot at Brisebois more than anything.

This management has insisted on how they work as a team. Brisebois is inexperience. I strongly doubt they just told breezer ''Alright bud, create us something..let's see'', and rolled with that. They talked about what they wanted to see, what to do, and that is what they're proceeding with.
This camp seems like every other. Not sure what the beef is really..

Hey guys,
We've had coverage of the camp at AllHabs again.

Day 1 report from my colleague: http://www.allhabs.net/canadiens-pro...t-camp-part-2/

And Day 2 report from yours truly: http://www.allhabs.net/canadiens-pro...t-camp-part-2/

I've been Tweeting it again here: @DailyCanadiens. Will be on site for both on-ice sessions today.

I love Gallagher's work ethic, and hope it's enough to carry him to a good NHL career, but both Collberg and Kristo are far better skaters with more offensive tools than Gallagher. All three are very good forward prospects.

Don't think their was a live stream for today's development camp, However follow @DailyCandiens closest thing to a live stream IMO. Its over for the day however, but you can get a good idea of what went down.
