Will be interesting to see what the monetary value is....will Schultz play with Edler and Salo with Tanev or the other way around?
I think they would test out Schultz and Edler should Schultz sign here. They know what Salo can bring with Edler. Then again it is AV, and we all know how he likes change.....
don't even bother with Kershaw. He hates the Canucks for some reason. He was agreeing with Oilers fans in the Luongo thread that the Oil are on the upswing for moving up 1 spot in the standings, while the Canucks are on the downswing because they didn't make the SCF. Fails at trolling, proved my point for me in that same thread with one of his posts haha
I'd love to see Salo back, but on the 3rd pairing. You could tell he'd lost a step later on in the season and he was making mistakes he doesn't normally make as a result. Tone down the ice-time to 3rd pair even-strength and 2nd unit powerplay (1st unit on 5-on-3) and it'll work out great.

ur different opinion is always against the Canucks when even most of the fans for the other team ur opinion is biased towards even agrees against ur opinion like this Salo hit.
U proved my point in the Schultz thread. I said it was funny Oilers fans were making fun of the Canucks by saying the Canucks and win don't belong together since their team hasn't had a winning record for almost a decade and u responded on their behalf with a pic of Messier in an Oilers jersey hoisting a cup. When exactly did that happen? A couple decades ago. So u proved my point for me and failed at trying to troll.

LOL yes my history of reporting news, making proposals or talking about some, laughing at some posters terrible logic and showing how bad that logic would be if the other team used it?
Find me one post where I have made fun of another team/player without where I was not responding to something in a post from a fan of that team since he/she was making fun of a player/team for no reason.

no one has come out and said it (probably to avoid any issues with the pursuit of JS) but it's not a secret among anyone involved with the team/Vancouver media etc. The deal is done.
Love Salo. Criminally underrated. The Canucks are a better team with him in the roster than without. Might be losing a step but his game has never been built on speed, size or other physical attributes - he's just always in the right place, quietly and humbly going about his business.
I see him with another year or two of useful top-6 service in him. We already don't see nearly as much of his fearsome slapshot - probably because its not nearly as fearsome. But that's okay.

and yet we have the same amount of cups that the canucks have had this last decade , what exactly can you say to that ?
