Anything under $10M ($8M is preferred) is fine by me. Great player, we just need a RWer to compliment him and Eller on the 3rd line (Latendresse or Ott would be great).

Lotta years! But he's only 29-30? so what ever it takes. He's an asset that every team wants.

Probably would have perferred 3 years for the kind of player that breaks down, but I definitely wanted Moen back. Good news as long as its 2M or less.

Why are we this excited by committing to an easily replaceable 4th liner for 4 years?

Good stuff.

Wish he was a bit more assertive but happy he's staying.

This is awesome. As long as it's under 3 I will be ecstastic.

Pretty sure that'd be a 3rd line...

That's a lot of years... Hopefully that means a lowered cap hit. $2M-$2.5M, nothing more.

Moen-Eller-Ott would be a great two way third line

Oh man, 4 years?

I don't mind if our bottom 9 is balanced and his role becomes more defensive than before. If he keeps playing like the past couple of years, he'll be injured more often than not during this contract.

I'm still glad he re-signed with us, good vet to have around and he's great friends with Gorges and Price. But I still do have my reserves concerning the term of the contract.

I get the feeling we will see a 'more assertive' Moen under Therrien then we ever did under Jacques.

Glad to know he's coming back. I'm hoping it's no more than 2.5 million per though..
