There are a few others (Larson, Patterson, Grantham, etc.) but I feel like these guys have zero NHL potential and thus, don't really need to be listed. Even guys like Martin and Elson I don't like listing just for the sake of listing. We'll go until 20 like last time.

It's based on potential as well. Dwight King and Jordan Nolan aren't the Kings' highest rated prospects.

Maybe Horak didn't impress. Or if he did, maybe he didn't appear to be a top six forward where Jankowski might.
