All the Pittsburgh writers seem to assume Martin will be a casualty of this. If MAF doesn't up his play, I could see him also being out of town at some point.

I dont understand 5 millions for Martin. He has never played like 55 millions year even in Devils not. Pens are in the better situation than we so they wouldnt give him this contract. He is terrible in the defense I dont know how Pens want to trade him. Letang, Despres, Niskanen, Orpik (probably), and two defensmen, maybe Morrow for 9 games.

The true is that MAF mistakes in PO was maximum 40% and defense 60%, especially duo Martin, Michálek. There werent little mistakes but enough big mistakes. Simply, defense of Pens very helped Philla.

Depends on how the new CBA ends up looking.
I'm curious to see if there ends up being a one-time amnesty, as the NBA got. Then I'm also curious to see if that ends up regarded as property that can be traded.
On the one hand, I'm hoping he can keep things going over there as I like him and want success for him.
On the other hand... **** the Blues.

The whole Jackets defence looks UNDERPAID now. Having Tyutin at 4.5 and especially JMFJ at 4.3 for 6 more years is like to be in the cap heaven. Honestly I'd rather have any of our top-4 defencemen than Wideman. He is -7 in 14 playoffs games and was limited to 15 minutes in the last game against the Rangers
