I'm hearing rumblings that ‪#Flyers‬ may have interest in Mike Knuble as a depth forward.

Interesting. His career averages are right around those numbers (GAA: 2.95, SV PCT: .902) but he has NEVER had those numbers at the NHL level. I wonder how his numbers got that high if his number were never that high.

EDIT: His playoff numbers are also higher than that...

Jonas Gustavsson signs with Detroit (2 years, $1.5m per).

Is there a website with all the deals listed as they come in, I'm half watching a feed and reading things at the same time, just wondered if theres a page with who's signing where and the reported deal.

You must be really good when you've started 92 games in your 9 year career.

Haha. So first he never put up the stats. Now take away the stats he put up and he is nothing. What about the year he was backup in Carolina and he put up stats similar to the ones I posted? Or the year he was a backup in Chicago and he put up those numbers? THOSE DON'T COUNT EITHER! If you only look at the years where his stats were not in that ballpark, then his stats are not in that ballpark! Give me a break dude. Leighton is a backup goalie with backup goalie numbers. End of story.

Leighton is a AHL goalie, with AHL numbers. End of story.

Presumably the club gets final decision once the player has accepted?

I'd be perfectly fine with Knuble at a low price & standing pat. I'd rather let these guys develop together than try to keep ripping apart the roster every year and hoping for the best.

This FA market sucks. Very few top end guys, lots of teams with cash to throw around. I won't be shocked to see Carle get a 6+ million a year caphit. It is going to be an ugly, ugly year and essentially sitting it out might be the best hand we could play.
