If only we can get Prust now, our bottom 6 will be intersting.

Yeah, at that cap hit and term, you really can't go wrong. If he can bounce back from his injuries, he'll be a steal of a deal.

At 1mil, you can put him in the AHL if he's not helping the big team. Not much of a risk.

Think this means no top 6 forward.

Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gionta
Bourque-Desharnais-Cole
Moen-Eller-Armstrong

How gritty or tough is he? He's 6'2 but don't want another softie.

I remember his hit behind the net on Koivu which made Souray obliterate him haha.

Honestly, I'm stoked. Loved Colby's game when he was in Pittsburgh and Atlanta. If he stays healthy, we can expect great stuff for him in terms of energy and offence in the bottom 6.

Meh Bourque can still be traded, waived. If there is an intriguing deal, I would expect MB to look into it.

He used to be very gritty. He will do what it takes to win. I don't think he fights.

Now, I have no idea if he's toned it down because of his injuries. We will see.

I don't think it means anything, to be honest.

Our bottom 6 has lacked sandpaper forever, and this signing is just a step in the direction to potentially correct that. I don't think it's connected to our Top 6 at all.

If healthy, this is a great signing. He contributes offensively and hits hard.

We should all tweet @maripiermorin and ask her to convince Brandon to sign with the Habs for a discount price

Moen - Eller - Colby can be a very solid 3rd line. Slow as hell but strong on the puck.

Both would be solid deals.

We desperately need sand paper in the bottom 6.

Armstrong at 1 million, who has played for Therrien in AHL and NHL and Armstrong is a big HABS FAN, according to TSN he always wanted to play for Montreal.

So worth the risk , happy to have him here for 250,000 more than Darche.

Zanon is a hack, but Tootoo or Asham along with Hannan or Allen would be good.
